Spicy Jerk chicken is marinated in a mixture of pimento, cloves, and many more Caribbean Spices brought to life with scotch bonnet peppers. Served with steamed rice and our version of Pelau. Pelau is a southern Caribbean style dish that is made with coconut milk, celery, beans, carrots and 13 different herbs and spices.
